Culture Development project

Purpose: To create a common vision regarding the strengths and weaknesses of your existing organizational culture, develop concrete steps for improvement and prioritize them. To involve employees and co-workers to pave the way for your strategical cultural work.

ONE OFFS – WORKSHOPS, LECTURES AND START-UP

  • CREATING REVENUE THROUGH CULTURE

    Purpose: To increase understanding of how you work strategically with your organizational culture to optimize job satisfaction as well as financial results. What can be learned from studies on how profitability is linked to employee commitment? Which processes and procedures need to be defined, and how do the industry leaders do it?

    Format: Lecture (45min -1,5 h)

  • CREATING A COMMON VISION

    Purpose: Giving your executive team an understanding of how organizational culture arises, how it’s linked to your financial results, and what the process of designing your culture looks like. Achieving a common vision of your existing culture and of which measures you as a group should prioritize. Creating consensus as to which your strengths and challenges are, and where you should begin.

    Format: Workshop (3h)

  • creating your own culture crew

    Purpose: Give clear ownership to a group of employees who work further with culture-focused activities and initiatives. The group acts as a sounding board for the management team in culture-focused issues, presents proposals for development and will be the driving force in implementing and carrying out.

    Format: Start-up (3,5h)

  • ESTABLISHING AN ACTION PLAN

    Purpose: Ensuring that you initiative becomes successful by establishing an action plan with prioritized steps – who will do what, and when. Our consultants facilitate a workshop during which your management team work together to create a clear plan, with the responsibility for follow-through shared within the group.

    Format: Workshop (3,5h)
